Sharing Parameters Between Objects

You will often want to share parameters between two different objects - an FX Draw diagram and an FX Equation equation for example.

 

Every set of parameters is allocated a unique identifier. To share parameters we need to point both objects to the same, uniquely identified parameters.

 

You can view the unique ID on the parameter definition screen. Don't worry! You do not need to remember or use this number. It just allows you to check that two objects share the same set of parameters.
