How and When Will The Order Be Delivered?

Answer

All Efofex products are delivered electronically. We will send you an email containing your unlock code which unlocks the freely available evaluation copy (which adds a watermark to all graphics) to produce publication quality graphics (without a watermark).

All orders from Efofex are checked by a real, live, human being before fulfillment. This allows us to ensure that we provide customers with the best possible service and often allows us to detect any anomolies. Many orders are fulfilled within minutes. All orders are fulfilled within one business day. Please remember that we are based in Western Australia so one business day to us might well be overnight to you.

We Do Not Want to Use The Software With Students - Just Teachers. How Do We Get a Price For This?

The short answer is to tell us the number of secondary students in your school.

Many of our products will NEVER be used by students - just teachers. We understand this and have built this assumption into our prices. That is the reason why our staff use subscription prices are in hundreds of dollars rather than thousands.

Over the years we have found that asking schools how many teachers will use the software is a poor choice. Schools want to do the right thing and we end up with lots of questions about part-time staff, staff teaching across departments, 90 year old staff members who refuse to use the computer (we're not joking!)... It is a lot of work for both the schools and us.

Now we just ask for the number of secondary students in the school. It is easy to determine for schools, easy to use for us and provides a great proxy for the information we are after.

I Am In a "Tiny" School. Is There a Special Price?

Answer

We define a tiny school as having less than 200 secondary students but we understand that some schools are unique and are always happy to talk.
